Here is the second feature length movie containing classic Warner Brothers cartoons connected together by the fresh footage. It divided into three components which are being demonstrated in a theater as part of a movie ceremony honoring the classic Looney Tunes characters. Part 1 requires Yosemite Sam pact with the Devil to change his spot with Bugs Bunny provided that Bugs can be lured by Sam into sin after which kill him. Part 2 is a parody of Television crime fighting dramas as Bugs is chosen by law enforcement to locate and apprehend gangster Rocky that has kidnaped Tweety Bird to get a ransom. Part 3 is an Academy Awards like the contest where various traditional cartoon shorts are showcased.
